- Standard Software Delivery: The Licensor shall deliver the standard Software to the Licensee within 30 days from the initial payment date provided the Cloud platform is ready.
- Milestones: The following milestones shall be adhered to:
- Please refer the below implementation tasks list from the ERP Cloud Deployment onwards.
- Acceptance Testing: The Licensee shall have 30 days to conduct acceptance testing following the initial standard software delivery.
- Updates: Regular updates will be provided on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
- Delays: If the delivery is not made by the specified date, the Licensor shall notify the Licensee and propose a new delivery schedule within 30 days.
